Mark Allen is the Founder/Managing Director of Allen & York Ltd – the leading Global Executive Search & Selection specialists in Environment, Sustainability & CSR, Energy, Renewables & Climate Change and Health & Safety. A&Y have been partnering international development consultancies, aid agencies, funding institutions and corporate organisations since 1993.
Mark has over 20 years of recruitment experience across a range of technical areas but crucially has never strayed far from a background in Environmental Science.
Mark has created a successful global yet ethical company who serve the leading corporations working across the environment, energy, sustainability and planning sectors. He is committed to help support and facilitate the successful progression of individuals who have a positive impact on the management of our built and natural environments.
As a result Allen & York have worked hard to realise their own Corporate Social Responsibility and to ensure that they are operating a carbon neutral and sustainable business. Mark believes passionately in the importance of CSR and ‘putting something back’ into the local and global community.
