Salary: €43k depending on skills and experience + annual bonus

The role of the Service Engineer is to provide boiler service and repairs to SSE Airtricity Energy Service Customers. Each service engineer will be assigned a specific region/area for which he/she will be responsible. Each job completed shall be completed in line with SSE Standards for safety and quality. As importantly, each job completed, should be completed in line with RGII guidelines and shall be certified as such to ensure compliance.
Service Engineers will be the public and professional face of SSE Airtricity Energy Services with the expectation that each engineer shall provide the highest standards of workmanship and customer engagement at all times.
Your Skills and Experience
-A strong background in Plumbing / Gas Installation
-Strong customer service ethic
-Takes ownership of problems
-Extensive experience in all aspects boiler installation and maintenance
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-The ability to ensure a consistently high level of safety, customer care and satisfaction.
Essential Functional/Technical Skills
-G1, G2 and G3 obtained
-GIFF- gas installer fault finding (preferable)
-Manufacturer training courses obtained: key suppliers
-Extensive knowledge of IS813 and all gas standards
-Full Clean Driving Licence
