Air Quality Scientist – Brighton – Up to £40k+ benefits

 

Our client is an international consultancy working across various renewable energy sectors. They are currently looking for an Air Quality Scientist, to focus on assessing air quality impacts on human health, public amenity and sensitive ecological systems from a variety of emission sources.

To be considered for this position you would need to have an advanced understanding of atmospheric air dispersion modelling (AERMOD and ADMS) for Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Permits, planning applications and to inform the development of project design. Within this role you will also be required to undertake due diligence work; assessing performance of projects against national and international standards.

To be considered for this role the successful candidate will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline and have experience working in air quality management. Candidates with skills using GIS and- mapping software would be advantageous.
