Places for People Leisure are a national leading leisure management company. Due to a restructure of the Central Technical & Environmental Support Team, a vacancy has arisen for a new post of Assistant Head of Technical & Environmental Services.


What your role will be

This is a newly created position that has been created due to continued growth in the Group and as part of succession planning for the Technical and Environmental Support Team. You will work closely with the Head of Technical and Environmental Services in delivering a successful service. As part of this you will oversee the Development, Promotion and Implementation of the Environmental and Utility management QMS and a key member of Places for People's Leisures Senior Management Structure.


The location for this role is pretty flexible given that it is a national post, however please note that the head office for PfP Leisure is based in Camberley.

Your background

You will have proven multi-site management experience as well as a technical experience in mechanical and engineering and pool plant services. Due to the nature of your role we require someone that is articulate and well-presented that can engage and influence individuals at all levels. Furthermore the ability to prepare and deliver specifications, reports, detailed surveys and training seminars are a must.

We want someone that is ambitious and wants to progress as we will be preparing you for the next step up as part of a wider progression plan.
