Description
The Company:This is an opportunity to work for one of the UK's premier consultant, designer and installer of renewable heating and energy systems for commercial properties, country houses, public buildings and domestic dwellings. They have been designing, testing and installing sustainable energy systems since 2005, have completed over 400 successful installations and unrivalled experience, quality and satisfaction is guaranteed.
They are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to successfully deliver commercial renewable energy projects. Working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for both Business Development for commercial scale renewable energy projects within England, with particular emphasis on Biomass Projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Playing a lead role in building and managing client relationships whilst overseeing all bid and tender processes.
- Ensuring the business further develops the service portfolio to existing and new clients and markets.
- Developing and implementing a strategy that will deliver continued market growth and penetration whist ensuring client contract potential is maximised.
- Managing the business operations and taking full responsibility for divisional P&L and reporting to the Director.
- Providing strong leadership to the business and ensuring the operation attracts, develops and retains talent across the business.
- Business Development Experience
- Experience of Business Development on renewable energy projects including Biomass and Heatpumps
- Experience of working for large commercial clients
- Mechanical Engineering background
