Business Development Manager. Location: UK Wide. Salary: £100,000 + Package! 

Green Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for a leading organisation within the Waste Management industry. This is a new business role that involves selling the Company’s portfolio of Capital Equipment across the UK. 

Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads and prospective business through creatively sourcing and targeting new clients
  • Gaining an understanding of client’s business needs and presenting solutions
  • Promote products and services, develop sales opportunities and close deals
  • Managing own time and diary whilst adhering to KPI’s and set monthly targets 

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience of selling and developing business, with a clear understanding of the principles and practices of new business development
  • Exceptional communication, organization and planning skills
  • Extremely commercially astute
  • Proven track record within Technical Sales
  • Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
