Job Title: Business Performance Analyst
Salary: £27,946 – £36,912 depending on skills and experience
Permanent | Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available
In this role, you will be working with Performance Managers to produce quality data and insight to be used of a variety of business performance purposes. You will work with stakeholders to design, build and deliver excel data modelling/reporting tools and suites the provide valuable insight. You will manage and maintain existing databases and operational reporting solutions, ensuring that you always keep a focus on continuous improvement and quality of reporting.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone who ideally has a background in using Oracle Mobile Workforce Management along with advanced Excel skills including data manipulation. They will have strong communication skills, both face to face and verbally and will be experienced in report writing and creating impact assessments.
They will thrive in a busy operational environment, enjoy working to deadlines and will have a focus on delivering high quality work that is suited to its audience.
Knowledge of SSE’s metering business, or the UK utility market would be an advantage.
