Commercial Project Manager. Location: Northern Ireland. Salary: Fixed Contract Rate + Expenses! 

Green Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking a Commercially biased Project Manager to oversee the construction, commissioning and contract enforcement and negotiation of several projects.

Within this role you will be required to have a flexible mind-set to travel, spending periods of time on sites located throughout the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and coordinate contracts, planning consultants, DNOs and feedstock suppliers
  • Ensure that sites are compliant in regards to Health and Safety, Environmental and planning regulations
  • Be prepared to resolve legal, financial and technical issues with the support of a network of specialists
  • Cash management and financial planning
  • Tailor operational policies, deploy them to sites and ensure that they continuously perform to set standards and policies

Essential Requirements:

  • Have a proven track record of managing projects from cradle to grave
  • A sharp commercial acumen.

This is a contract opportunity with a fixed rate open for discussion, with the potential of this role converting into a full time, permanent position.
