THE FIRM
Our client is a leading bio-energy company based in the UK. Over the last few years, the company has gone from strength to strength, signing contracts for with many of the UK and world's leading brands, and is uniquely placed to take advantage of the transition to low carbon logistics.
Having closed a multi-million pound funding package with an international energy investor, the company now has funding to allow it to embark on a dramatic and exciting expansion and growth programme. This expansion will see our client grow by at least 10 times over the coming 5 years. As a critical part of this growth programme, the company is looking to reinforce its team in critical areas so it has the resources to achieve its goals.
THE ROLE
Working directly alongside the development manager and board you will take primary responsibility for building and operating financial models, pulling together project / contract appraisals, carrying out cost benefit analysis and helping with project execution and client management.
THE CANDIDATE
- 2-5 years of total experience
- Experience in Project financial modelling & appraisal
- Strong interest in renewables
- Commercial ability
- Business planning & development
- Bid writing
- Strong academics
- Robust and confident
Candidates should be able to take sound project development and commercial ability and utilise there engineering and low carbon interests
Candidates should have a Degree and or Masters in either an Engineering, Chemical or renewable engineering discipline
