Job Description The Person A bright and enthusiastic individual seeking an opportunity to learn about consulting and programme development. In this role you will provide valuable administrative support to a small and very dynamic team and will be comfortable carrying out routine tasks individually and as part of a team. A confident communicator, you will be happy to liaise with candidates from a variety of backgrounds (at undergraduate level). You will have a passion for diversity and recruitment. Job Purpose The Consulting coordinator would work closely with the Programme Managers and other SEO staff. He/she would assist or lead in the following duties: Assist with the general running of SEO's Consulting programmeManage SEO applicant databasesAssist with daily screening of candidates, interview scheduling, conducting interviews and event hostingIncreasing SEO's online presence (includes website management and social media)Attend occasional recruiting events on campus (may involve some evening activities)Candidate managementWorking closely with programme coordinators to assist with candidate queries and management of the consulting inboxAdministration of SHL testsEnsuring candidate trackers are always up to dateEnsuring after every interview candidate trackers are up to dateUpdating consulting guidesMentoring and coaching studentsHigh level reportingOther Adhoc Projects Candidate Skill Set An ideal candidate will have a significant number of the following skills: Strong knowledge of the UK grading systemStrong understanding of the consulting industryExceptional organizational skills and ability to multi taskStrong interest in diversity and recruitmentAbility to deliver under pressure in a results-driven environmentStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage internal staff relationships on the one hand and university students on the otherStrong work ethicStrong attention to detailKnowledge of the UK university systemMSOffice IT literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Must be proficient in ExcelSocial media and website management skills beneficialStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional working mannerStrong commercial awareness knowledge to educate studentsSelf-Starter and willingness to learn and get involved in projects What we offer The chance to gain an insight into the various programmes we recruit intoUnderstand partnerfirm processesThe opportunity to develop valuable communication skillsThe opportunity to lead on various dutiesA personal development plan and regular support to help you in your roleSuperfriendly team!
