One key appointment in this team will be that of Cost Control Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a cost system for projects- Maintain project cost reports and forecasts- Prepare variation analysis, including trends and changes.- Validate, and/or audit and report costs of manpower, equipments and materials- Responsible for providing a complete Cost Engineering service to projects and corporate management for all projects of the Company- Coordinate and fulfill all project based cost requirements and management requirements with regards to scope of services, organization, and job specific procedures and cost reporting- Prepare micro level schedules of works- Study contract documents to become fully knowledgeable of project requirements and specifications- Generate preliminary construction schedules and manpower schedules- Generate initial construction schedules of assigned projects in coordination with respective department,- Generate cash flow curves of construction schedule, manpower histogram, direct staff costs, major supply items, and sub-contract values With a big vision and an even greater growth strategy, the client can provide you with tools, experience and support so that you too can become an industry leader.  If you're a focused, driven professional who takes pride in their work and is looking for a challenge, then don't miss this chance to work with a world-leading company.
