My client are based just on the outskirts of Ipswich town centre are looking for a Customer Service Account Manager to join their growing company. RECENT ENERGY SECTOR EXPERIENCE IS You will be responsible for the day to day running of various client accounts and this will involve managing and being direct responsible for the internal management of multiple client accounts. The working hours are 30am - 5pm Monday to ResponsibilitiesThese include but not limited to:-Registration of meters Supplier Objections of meters Additions/Deletions of meters New connections Bill ValidationMaintaining internal tracker/connect database for client information Management, tracking and resolution of everyday client queries Updating in-house operating systemsProviding reports detailing portfolio statusEnsuring a focal point for clients / suppliersCollate and upload monthly billed data Key AttributesGood understanding of the Electricity and Gas industry (at least a years experience)Ability to interact via the telephone and other media with clients, suppliers and other service providersGood understanding of the customer journey from procurement to billingExperience of portfolio managementIT literacy to competent operating level, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
