If you have a background in the delivery of excellent customer service to the residents of a Local Authority, then this contract role may be of interest. You will represent the Environment Directorate to members of the public and external customers, handling complaints, queries, bookings, service requests and consultations. You must have experience of delivering outstanding levels of customer service, especially with regards to complaints. A high level of written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills and the ability to organise your work are also essential.
