6-12 months Maternity Cover

A Dossier/ Submissions Manager in the area of Environmental Fate is urgently required by our well established international client to assist with regulatory issues in the environmental / insecticides area of their business across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Responsibilities
. The role will involve the following in support of Chemical active substance product dossier submissions.
. Provide expert advice and guidance on efate and ecotox matters relating to chemical pyrethroid and other chemistries
. Evaluating and commenting on environmental study reports.
. Responding to questions from Member State regulators on the environmental impact (and risk assessments) of Chemical products.
. Producing data waivers.
. Preparing and commenting upon environmental risk assessments.
. Review of product and process exposure and environmental risk assessments.
. Protection of intellectual property rights.
. Correspondence with the European Commission, ECHA and lawyers as required.
. Maintenance of regional product and active ingredient registrations.
. Procurement of relevant contract research and consulting services.
. Provision of regulatory support and advice to customers and collaborators.
. Compliance with national regulations.
. Participate strategically and operationally in the work of a multi-disciplinary business team with clear business growth objectives.
. Assist the Regional Regulatory Affairs & Toxicology Manager, Development Director, and
Business Development Manager with EU registration documents and data retrieval.

Qualifications and Skills.
. MSc or PhD in Environmental/ Agrochemicals Sector.
. Recognized expertise in dossier compilation and regulatory submissions
. Basic understanding of products across the risk spectrum
. Proactive;
. Leads by example
. Drives single point accountability
