The client provides services to a diverse range of clients covering all aspects of thermal, nuclear and renewable energy generation, transmission and distribution, worldwide. Their goal is to achieve the correct balance of expertise to each client in the different sectors: private (power, oil & gas and mining & metal) and public sectors (government and utilities), funding agencies and commercial banks.
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a team of professionals and be involved in large solar PV projects around the world.
Essential skills and experience:
- Degree in electrical engineering discipline.
- Experience in design of large solar PV power plants as well as their construction supervision.
- Availability for international travel.
- A good understanding of consultancy services.
- Wind experience.
- Spanish and German language will be considered as an advantage.
The position will be based in Brighton, East Sussex although with the nature of the role you will be required to travel on a regular basis.
