Our Client, a prestigious, worldwide leading manufacturer of carbon-based products is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Technician for their Highland production site.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate for this position must hold a recognised Electrical/Electronic qualification and have proven Electrical Maintenance experience within a process manufacturing environment. Our client is looking for applicants with a broad skill-set, so experience in fault finding on PLC systems and training/qualification within a Mechanical discipline would be a distinct advantage, Applicants who are Gas-Safe', with qualification and experience of installation and repair of open/closed loop combustion systems in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment would be viewed extremely favourably. In addition to proven technical skills, the candidate for this position will be a self-motivated team player and posses a thorough knowledge and understanding of production operations and processes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will join the team responsible for all maintenance activities across the client's facilities, and will be expected to install, maintain and repair plant machinery and equipment. The suitably qualified candidate would also have specific responsibility for maintenance of the site's combustion equipment.
