Description
Allen & York are working with a global provider of energy solutions who are recruiting for an experienced engineering biased Energy Manager to join their London based, client side team. The successful candidate will provide consultation and project development oversight of Energy Solutions opportunities, developing project development processes and engineering tools, implementing the project development process, integrating and analysing technical, financial and legal information to determine project viability and certification conformance to all code and regulatory requirements.THE ROLE
Providing leadership and subject matter expertise related to energy efficiency during the sales process.
Providing detailed financial analysis to determine customer impact of planned facility Improvements.
Project cash flow and operating statement and balance sheet impact of improvements.
Developing engineering, business development and program delivery tools and processes for customer oriented energy efficiency programs.
Leading the development and delivery of customer energy efficiency programs.
Leading subcontractors and employee teams as required to successfully implement assigned customer programs.
Providing conceptual design and preliminary analysis for central utility plants, cogeneration projects, and other advanced solutions.
Providing organization and planning for project development execution of large global accounts.
Developing and presenting customer centred solutions that clearly communicate value created; including the identification and setup of ongoing measurement criteria utilized to verify program results. Communicating solutions and results utilizing customer metrics.
Providing benchmarking analysis of client facility portfolio to determine opportunities for improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, advanced degree preferable
Professional Engineering Registration in at least one Country highly desirable.
A demonstrable track record of specific specialty in developing and delivering energy efficiency programs
Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a technical team requiring multi-project management skills
Strong process orientation and development skills with the ability to motivate others
Strong planning and organization skills
