Client:

Our client is the Energy business of a large blue chip construction and FM firm. The Energy Services business is a well-established, high growth area of the company and has been invested in heavily.

Role:

The Energy manager will be responsible for working as the lead Energy Manager on a number of existing FM contracts covering a mixture of public sector and private sector multi-site clients.

The services on offer to each contract will vary slightly but you will be required to have a strong technical knowledge of building services aligned to a good client facing approach when dealing with issues such as CRC's.

The main aspect of your role will be visiting sites and performing energy surveys. Reporting directly to the Director of Energy you will use these surveys to feed into proposals and tenders for ESCO model delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work on multiple sites with varied remits for household names.

Required Experience:

• Standalone Energy Management experience (as in experience when Energy Management has been the majority of your role
• Building Services Qualification ideally a Degree in Engineering
• Experience of carrying out Energy Surveys on complex buildings
• Commercial Approach
• Strong Client Facing skills
• All rounded Energy Management knowledge
