Exciting role for a leading global manufacturer. 
As Utilities Manager, in a global big brand company, You will be in charge of all Utilities in a brand new plant - fast track career with a 30m budget. 

Essential to have:
1. Experience in the following utilities in a plant: any of - Compressed Air, Steam, Water, waste, HVAC, Gas & electric. 
2. Engineering or Building services degree
3. Fluent in Russian 

As Utilities Manager You will be in charge of & Responsible for specification, acquisition, installation, acceptance of equipment in the utilities global engineering projects:

- steam, electricity, compressed air, water, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)

NB: these are multiple projects with a 100m investment budget. 
Essential to have someone with real project management experience running large projects and a good knowledge of utilities. Need industrial engineering background eg building of industrial plants - experience with eg steam boilers, electric, compressed air, water, water or HVAC.
Work Experience in any of the following useful: Automotive, Agricultural, Steel, Plastics, Rubber, Tyres or Chemicals.
Wide and varied role in both - helping improve the environment in Greenfield / Brownfield New Build Industrial Plants as well as upgrades in existing plants.
Note: You Must have Engineering Degree: Civil, mechanical, electrical or Building services. 
Plus commercial post grad experience in utilities in heavy engineering / in industrial plant sector.

This is a senior and varied project manager role - to play a leading role in industrial plant equipment. Therefore it is important to have a good business mind & Goal orientated. Plus have excellent communication and presentation skills - be highly motivated and be able to motivate others. 

For example to introduce new green technology to plants - upgrades, competency, new technology, make energy efficiency improvements, audits, market analysis of new tools. 
- hands on role in Management of large scale multi million euro engineering on utility projects. eg specification, acquisition, installation, acceptance of equipment
Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or Building services degree essential. & AutoCAD. 
Essential to be fluent in English and Russian. .
Relocation to Russia essential - Kaluga region eg Moscow, Oryol, Obninsk, Bryansk
