Environment & Energy Manager - Peritus Green

Facilities Management / Building Services Environment & Energy Manager urgently required based in Coventry.

This is an integral role part of a well-established technical Building Services department providing full and comprehensive environmental and energy management service to existing & new contracts.

You will need proven history of managing environmental issues ideally in a service provider / building services environment to be able to manage and develop the following:

Legislative compliance
Energy procurement
COSHH compliance
Health & Safety
Produce monthly environmental reports
Monitoring building inspections faulting finding & repairs
Operate and manage building energy management systems & databases
Calculate & review annual energy/water budgets.

A HNC/HND in a Building related discipline is essential with a demonstrable appropriate post qualification knowledge in Energy Management.

Basic £33,000 plus £3,500 car allowance plus benefits (driving licence essential).
