Our client, an International Law Firm based in Manchester is seeking an Environmental Solicitor to join their leading Practice. Top 50 UK Firm with strong roots in the North West. An Environmental Solicitor is sought to manage a complex and challenging caseload for an award winning Practice, which has the power and name of the wider Firm behind it. Partners are leaders regionally and Nationally for their work, and the Firm is known locally as a fantastic place to work for the flexibility afforded to their staff. Remuneration is at the top of the North West scale. The Firm acts for a multitude of clients across the sector, and works closely with a number of Practice Areas inside the Firm. A truly integral and specialist Practice. As Environmental Solicitor, you will offer quality advice on environmental and health & safety issues with a particular focus on Corporate and Real Estate transactions. You will ensure that risk is mitigated in respect of high value complex transactions including contaminated land insurance, brownfield development, fracking, chemical transport, housing and energy. Applications are invited from Solicitors with one or more years experience in a wider Regulatory role who seek further specialism, and the opportunity to work on big ticket transactions in order to further develop their Practice.
