Description
Would you like to work for one of the world's largest independent renewable energy consultancy? This client is at the forefront of the onshore and offshore wind, wave, tidal and solar sectors.
Located at the Indian office you will provide high quality accounting support working closely with the Secretary to Regional Management and the Accounts Team in India and UK. You will provide customer service to both internal and external customers by maintaining a good understanding of the business taking responsibility that all tasks are carried out to the highest quality and accuracy.
- Invoicing activities.
- Preparing various accounting reports.
- Coordinating with the Accounts Team internationally .
- Verification of vendor bills and employee reimbursement into the software.
- Monitoring all purchase orders
- Following up with the vendors and accounts team for payment release.
- Maintaining various registers as and when required, for example assets and purchase orders.
- Procurement and maintenance organisation of office equipment.
- To assist senior admin staff in organising various tasks and formalities
Essential
You will need experience with invoicing and preparation of reports.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- You will need the ability to manage and prioritise your workload.
- You will have to be able to work on initiative and plan work without day-to-day direction from manager.
- Experience within an Accounting environment.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent computer skills including: MS-Office - Excel, Word and Power Point is needed.
- You will need to be able to work independently as well as in a team.
Desirable
- Office administration experience.
- Experience with organising travel bookings and visa applications Managers and staff across the Region on a regular basis - email, telephone or face-to-face.
