Company
Our client develops and builds both wind and solar plants across the globe. They are Europe's leading offshore developer, with a portfolio of 5.5GW. They are currently looking for an experienced Financial Modeller to be based in either London or Ireland working in the Renewable Energy sector.
Summary of Role
The Financial Modeller will support the Project Delivery team in preparing and building financial models. The Project Delivery team consists of experienced professionals working in the Global Renewable Energy Industry.
Role Responsibilities
- Design and build highly complex Financial Models for the projects.
- Support the acquisition/investment projects globally.
- Clear analysis and communication of results
- Work as part of a multi-functional team to assess markets.
- Responsible for structural integrity and functionality of models.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft suite
Skill Requirements for the Role
- Relevant financial qualifications.
- At least 3-5 years experience of modelling.
- Renewable energy experience is required.
- Need to be self motivated.
- Able to work unsupervised is a necessity, but must be able work in multi-functional teams.
- Flexibility to travel required.
- Excellent understanding of Financial Statements
