We are currently looking to recruit for our 2017 Graduate Training Programme. We seek graduates with good degrees in a relevant subject who wish to work in any of the following areas: . Planning, Urban Design and Landscape. Transport Planning. Environment Impact Assessment, including Ecology and Sustainability. Environmental specialisms - Air, Noise, Water. Ground Engineering, Contaminated Land and Pollution Our Graduate Training Programme will provide you with a mentor for the duration of the programme (normally two years) and structured training in the following key areas:- PeopleOur staff are vital to our success and we need a thriving and motivated working environment. Our training will arm you with a variety of skills to encourage openness, collaboration and a positive approach. SkillsWe will help develop your technical skills and depending upon your background this could include training in specialist technical software, field skills and technical report writing. ClientsHaving a broad and diverse client base is the key to RPS's success and we will help you engage with clients to understand their needs and how we can deliver first-class commercial and technical solutions. Once you've completed the programme you'll have the skills needed to set you on your way to a prosperous career at RPS.
