Job Title: Insurance Assurance Manager
Location: Perth or Glasgow
Salary: c£45,000- £50,000 plus bonus
Permanent, Full Time, Flexible working available
Our Home Services business provides our customers with essential boiler and electrical cover across the UK. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with the FCA regulations surrounding insurance products, you’ll also manage the relationship with our third-party underwriter.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing a first line of defence control framework
- Monitor changes to FCA regulations, ensuring these are communicated
- Identifying key risks and implementing remedies
- Working closely with the operational teams to ensure compliance
- Managing and supporting the audit plan
Your Skills and Experience
You’ll demonstrate insurance expertise, applying FCA regulations in a customer focussed setting. Your skills will include the ability to articulate technical regulatory requirements across the business in a clear and meaningful way.
You should have detailed knowledge of FCA regulations including ICOBS and DISC handbook. You’ll demonstrate experience of managing and influencing stakeholders with a solution focussed approach.
