Our client are a leading roofing, cladding and complete building envelope specialist contractor, offering its clients a complete design, installation and management service across the full range of systems that make up the external building envelope.
About the Role:
As Project Quantity Surveyor you will be allocated a project with form of NEC3 Option C Target Cost being used. You and your team of three surveyors will provide the commercial interface with the site based contract management team and primarily involve labour only & sub-contractor payments, monitoring hired plant, NCR's, maintaining site records, labour allocation sheets etc. & providing input / records for compensation events and into the monthly application and monthly cost reporting cycle.
About the Candidate:
• ,Must live locally or be able to re-locate locally.
• ,Facade and Cladding background essential.
• ,At least HNC / HND qualified.
• ,Between 5-7 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years working on Facade / Cladding packages.
• ,Subcontracting background.
• ,Hardworking.
