Junior Business Development Manager - Networkers PLC

My client is a producer of green electricity. The company invests in, develops, builds and operates facilities for the production of renewable and environmentally friendly energy. They are actively looking for Junior Business Development Manager to be responsible for developing projects "renewable energy" and in particular "Wind". I am looking for a candidate with 1 or 2 years experience, a master's degree in engineering or in an economic way, and a background in carrying out negotiations with officials, politicians and land owners to agree permits available for the construction of wind farms.

This role is to be based in Belgium so ideally the candidate needs to speak French, Dutch and English.
