Job Title: Lead Asset Integrity Engineer
Salary: £36,500 – £55,000 depending on skills and experience + car/cash allowance + annual bonus
Permanent | Full Time Hours
You will have a diverse role in terms of the scope and range of your responsibilities which will include infrastructure maintenance requirements through to Turbine performance monitoring, fault diagnosis, foundation structural integrity monitoring, subsea asset integrity and engineering criticality assessments.
Your role will include building and documenting a knowledge base of technical information to assist with engineering problem solving and be a key input in fault analysis and rectification. You will also be tasked with Onsite monitoring and inspections of assets and maintenance activities working closely with specialist contractors. Planning, project management and reporting of planned work packages will be a major requirement of the role.
Initially you will be focused on the Greater Gabbard offshore project but will also feed into new long term development sites.
Your Skills & Experience
To be successful in your role you will be educated to degree level in an engineering discipline. You will have demonstrable experience in a mechanical / electrical systems environment involving one or more of the following: Commissioning, operational procedure development, NDT testing techniques and data interpretation, engineering criticality assessments, structural surveys, Turbine engineering, Offshore engineering and welding.
Wind Industry experience preferred but not essential.
You will have the ability to manage people remotely in a multi-location team. Due to locations you will support you will be happy to travel to different sites as required
