SUMMARY
Our Client, an environmental consultancy, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Noise Consultant to support a range of renewable and development projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The role will focus on supporting current Senior Team members on a range of renewable and development projects and assisting in growing the services and company profile. The emphasis will be placed on accuracy and consistency in undertaking measurements, analysis of noise level data and calculations. Travel throughout Scotland and the rest of the UK will be required therefore a full clean driving licence is essential.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate for this position will have a relevant degree and experience of working within the acoustics or environmental consultancy sectors as well as a thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel. The national and international knowledge of environmental noise measurement standards and legislations will be advantageous. Apart from technical skills, the candidate must have excellent written and spoken communication skills, enjoy team working and be willing to work flexibly and independently.
