O&M Manager Fluent French
 
Location: Lyon, France

Our client is an international Solar PV company.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic plants and associated equipment, located in France.
Ensure the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic plants meeting its expected performance.
Control, monitor and evaluate supplier's activities, and their maintenance operations.
Perform analysis of production of the plant, looking for any potential incidents.
Maintain facilities and mechanical equipment in safe, efficient and economical workingcondition.
Elaborate monthly performance reports of photovoltaic plant.
Develop a list of preventive and corrective maintenance to be performed.
Create reports of damages and current status of photovoltaic plants.
Solve incidents occurred in photovoltaic plants. Provide technical support to plant technicians.
 
Profile:
 
Industrial or Electrical Engineer degree or equivalent (Electricity or Electronics specialisation)
Additional qualification in Solar PV desirable.
Fluent in English and French and Portuguese would be an advantage.
At least 5 years experience in Electrical Maintenance activities.
Knowledge of Maintenance Management,
Experience in commissioning of installations and equipment and management of outsourcing contracts and technician teams.
Working knowledge of PV plant equipments (transformer stations, inverters, monitoring systems).
Medium voltage accreditation would be an advantage.
Experience in Services Contracts management.
