Planning Project Manager - Onshore Wind

The Organisation:
The Green Recruitment Company is representing a rapidly expanding wind energy developer based in the north east of England. With an annual turner exceeding 10 million, this company can offer significant career progression
The Role:
Based from the office near Leeds, the successful candidate will arrange the planning permission for the wind turbines as well as grid connection, registering with Ofgem and invoicing. Essentially, this position will be project managing each install working on a number of key accounts. Additionally, this position could involve an element of site surveying and photomontages from a planning perspective to assess any potential issues with the siting.
Experience and skills:
- Degree qualified in a relevant area.
- Demonstrable experience of successful people management skills - must have a can-do' attitude.
- MRTPI qualification desired.
- Extensive planning and onshore wind development experience.
- Private sector development control experience for 5-10 years
