Hays Energy are recruiting a Process Engineer to work on one of the largest UK power stations in the UK. Based north of Aberdeen in Peterhead, Hays are looking for process engineers to work as part of a busy maintenance team at the power station.Candidates from a power station background, oil, gas or water treatment are encouraged to apply.Reporting directly to the Process Engineering Team Leader you will have the following duties and responsibilities:Provide engineering support to shift staff and engineering team Developing operational excellence, reliability efficiency of the plant without compromising safety or impact on the environment Develop and maintain operating procedures Provide input in the station work control process Risk mitigation of plant Represent Production in the outage planning process Investigate incidents and establish root causes Monitor and improve plant performanceYou will have:Technical qualification in Engineering or equivalent experience Senior operational experience in the Power or Process Industries Technical report writing For more information can you call MIchael McCauley at hays Energy in Edinburgh
