Programme Manager / Business Case Consultant (Smar - Hays International
Experience heavyweight interim with proven expertise in setting up modeling offices. You will have expertise in business case development and a firm understanding of the conceptual build of an entire model office to support large scale transformational programmes (£multimillion). Your experience will be specifically aligned to the Energy Sector (Electricity / Gas) and be responsible for initiation and deployment for Smart Metering Capability. Extremely articulate and an ability to support senior Stakeholder (Leadership) audience is required also.
