Reporting to the Project Director a vacancy has arisen for a Programme Manager who will have responsibility for delivering these significant contracts to cost, time and specification through the established project management team.  This role will include travel to customer sites.

Role Description
· Managing a number of contracts from inception through to delivery within demanding timescales
· Ensure that all projects are delivered to timescale, specification, budget and customer satisfaction
· Full financial responsibility for a number of contracts with an overall value of several £10Ms including subcontracts for specialist works and supplies
· People management responsibility for leading and motivating a team of projects managers, hardware, software and installation engineers (up to 70+)
· Responsible for all Environmental, Health & Safety aspects of the projects through the company H&S Manager & H&S Advisor

Essential requirements
· At least 10 years demonstrable full project management experience with a systems delivery company
· Demonstrable experience within the Water industry of similar
· Excellent customer facing skills
· Demonstrable track record of achieving project timescales, margins, customer satisfaction and quality
· Experience of sub-contractor management
