Position Overview 
The Specialist Finance team currently manages c£700m raised from retail investors into tax advantaged products, specifically VCT, EIS and Inheritance Tax Service.  
The portfolio is currently invested across dozens of underlying companies in 5 broad sectors: mezzanine financing, media financing, ticketing, renewable energy and general corporate funding.   
Our client is fast becoming the biggest Investor in Solar in the UK. With a huge increase in the volume of transactions in that team they are looking for a Project Coordinator to work alongside the team and concentrate initially on large scale solar developments. 
Essential Job Functions

• Monitoring the leads as they come in from different sources (G2, NFU, personal) and ensuring they are correctly documented and followed up. Putting together pipeline reports. Researching new ideas such as the University Roofs or field near industrial sites. Carrying out initial screening of sites. Assisting with legal documentation as sites develop. Providing general support to our Investment Managers when required Act as liaison between solar installation business, external lawyers and internal finance and company secretarial team

Other Job Specific Experience/Technical Skills/Abilities

• Will be a high quality graduate with a minimum 2.1 degree classification. Highly organised with good attention to detail Ability to manage own time, working under pressure and meeting all deadlines A strong team player with the confidence to implement change and liaise with external counterparties at all levels of seniority
