This is the right opportunity for you if you are looking for a busy role, in a challenging environment with strong progression opportunities.Key responsibilities for the role include:To assist consulting team in tracking progress of all ongoing consulting projects.To assist with setting up initial and all following conference calls between client and analysts, and take full notes of meetings.To establish and maintain information management systems for each project, using project management tools, where necessary.To take responsibility for maintaining regular client communications during the course of the project and to ensure that all the relevant analysts are prepared for each meeting.To assist in making travel arrangements, as necessary, during the course of each project.To monitor time spent on each project from research associates and analysts, and flag up any increase in expected costs and help assess project profitability.To ensure project milestones, as outlined in proposal, are reached and to check suitability of deliverables before reaching the client.To co-ordinate final and timely delivery of each project.To collect client feedback on the completion of each project.Ideal candidate will possess the following:Experience in project co-ordination / support / administration roleExperience dealing directly with external clientsExperience dealing with complex and numerous projects at onceStrong communication skills and can coordinate with clients or office-based teamStrong time management and organisational skillsGood command of Microsoft office / Excel / PPT and project management tools.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, tenacious, intelligent, articulate, ambitious and intuitive Project Co-ordinator who enjoys the fast-paced nature of project management and is looking to establish/continue a career in a global business intelligence brand with fantastic career development opportunities.Rated as one of the top 5 large companies to work for in the UK, we offer world class training, competitive salaries, fantastic career development opportunities, as well as an award winning benefits package.To apply for this opportunity and develop your career within an industry-leading global brand, please send your CV and a covering letter highlighting your suitability.
