Salary: £45-50K- depending on experience - with car allowance
Location: Nottinghamshire- with UK travel

The client
Our client operates in the treatment of waste conversion into renewable energy who are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their growing team
Responsibilities
* To lead the Projects Management Team, working in a proactive and co-operative manner to successfully deliver the agreed targets and Business Plan Objectives.
* To support and manage members of your team and any other assigned workers, ensuring they fulfil their responsibilities and deliverables, and being generally responsible for their welfare and development.
* Responsible for delivery of assigned projects on time and within budget, gross margins and net margins as sold, and satisfying contractual requirements, including compliance with all relevant standards and legislation, including Health & Safety and Environmental.
* To manage project deliverables, stages and records to ensure efficient effective delivery and to satisfy the Company`s commercial needs.
* To design and engineer tenders and projects that are fit for purpose and compliant with the contract specification.
* To convene meetings with internal and external stakeholders, as required, to ensure progress is maintained.
* To be responsible for the implementation and currency of any legislation, for which you are named
* To report on project progress to the Operations Manager and others as required
* To undertake line management duties for the development of your team
* Must be prepared to travel to sites across the UK
Key skills and competencies
* Essential - mechanical, electrical, chemical or other relevant degree.
* DeRelevant Masters Degree and Chartered Engineering status is desirable.
* Extensive experience successfully leading the design, construction and commissioning of wastewater
* Have at least 5 years` experience in effective Project Management of wastewater infrastructure projects.
* Have an understanding of commercial issues and the contribution of good Project Management to business reputation.
* Have the ability to work with internal and external customers to ensure that technical solutions best match customer needs.
* Be capable of application of best practice methods and tools for Project Management, including risk and value management processes.
