We are a profitable and rapidly growing European renewable energy company (250 people / 250M turnover in 2011), developing and operating commercial and utility-scale power plants (solar, biogas and geothermal) on several continents. To accompany our international development and to play a key role in our International Technical and Engineering team based in Madrid, we are currently looking for several experienced and motivated international engineering and technical specialists. The Project Manager will have a high responsability for carrying out with success (= on time, on budget and as per specifications) the projects he will have under asignment. Candidates will have very good communications skills for working in team and solving any problem. Skills and experience for overseeing and managing junior engineers will be taken into account. Principal Responsibilities and expectations: 1. General knowledge about PV Solar Plants. 2. Responsible for the management and coordination of assigned projects from conception to on-time and on-budget completion. 3. Manage and control the generation and distribution of all products and legal documentation such as mandatory permits, engineering and related technical materials. 4. High knowledge for using of Excel and MS-Project, for controlling and scheduling all tasks of the project and coordinate them with the Team. 5. Support the management of the project at technical office and on site during the construction; knowing all tasks and timing during project and construction phases. General requirements: 1. Proven experience in Solar Power generation and large Solar Plants in multiple countries 2. Ability to organize and prioritize work; result-driven and demonstrating excellent communication skills in a multi-cultural environment. 3. Excellent written and oral skills in English language 4. Willingness to travel worldwide for short as well as possibly extended time periods. 5. Hard-working and committed team player. 6. Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related university program certificate
