The main responsibility will be to continuously improve all aspects the Group`s Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality. This role will suit a hands-on individual who can take responsibility for these key areas of our business covering work at customer sites, within our assembly facility and offices delivering success through line managers and staff directly.Responsibilities/DutiesSafety & Health Ensure ongoing compliance with legislationContinually develop best practiceEffectively deliver policy throughout the organisationProactively highlight and advise on potential risks Quality Ensure ongoing compliance to ISO 9001 including conducting internal and supplier audits, and Provide guidance in creating company-wide documentationInvestigate and report/advise on non-compliances, corrective and preventative actions, and customer complaints Environmental Develop and maintain environmental policies and proceduresMaintain accreditation with external bodies including Carbon Trust & CHAS Essential Background/Experience Three years' experience in a SHEQ roleBroad understanding and experience of Health and Safety and Environmental legislation Desirable Background/Experience. Have experience with remote operations working on third party premises. Working within a construction, transport or engineering background.
