We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious environmental advisor to join our growing team in Tideway Project London.
As environmental advisor, you will provide subject matter expertise, ensuring the continuous improvement to environmental performance, contribute to pre-contract work-winning and audit activities through the implementation of the business unit strategy. You will provide technical support and advice to the project managers and other staff in all divisions and undertakes environmental monitoring, audit and compliance reviews to ascertain compliance with the Environmental Management System.
Already experienced as an environmental advisor, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject matter, an Associate Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) working towards chartered status and must have recognised internal auditing qualifications. You will have previous experience of compliance with environmental legislation and company management systems within a civil or building engineering environment including thorough knowledge of ISO14001 Environmental Management System and its implementation.
