Description
Our client, a leading Engineering and Consultancy company, is presently requiring two new candidates: a senior and a principal carbon capture engineers with good industry experience to work within their team to deliver specific projects or sub-projects. The candidates would also be required to act as a Senior Project Manager.
The successful candidates will work in interdisciplinary project teams on a range of assignments covering carbon capture and storage (CCS) on coal, gas-fired, coal gasification (IGCC plants) and capture-ready plants. They will draw on analytical skills and practical experience to undertake technical due diligence, concept and feasibility studies within multi-disciplinary project teams.
The ideal applicants must have an academic background in either chemical or process engineering and extensive technical capability in thermal power generation, knowledge of thermal power generation technologies and processes. As alternative an In depth knowledge of CCS technologies will be considered or relevant experience in power generation, coal gasification or amine gas separation process.
