This is a fantastic career opportunity to lead and manage ecology projects for an established and growing firm of Landscape Architects.
With offices based in the beautiful Suffolk Countryside this firm has an established range of clients including blue chip companies along with large residential and commercial developers. Due to an expanding workload they are now looking to add to their ecology team with a Senior Ecologist who will manage a range of projects for key clients.
Managing a small team the role is broad and includes:
- Surveying (Phase 1, protected species, EcIA, BREEAM/CfSH)
- Analysing and presenting data to meet client requirements.
- Coaching team members.
- Liaising with clients on ecology, programming and fees, and with EPS license applications.
- Project management and practical habitat management work.
The ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic and passionate about ecology, have experience of managing projects within a consultancy environment and hold a Bat License.
