Working with the Team Leader / Executive engineer the successful Electrical Design Engineer will have a strong back ground in Electrical Services Design and will more than likely already be working with a building services company or consultancy.
It is a requirement that the candidate have a minimum of 4 yearsâ experience as an Electrical Engineer within Building Services.
The Electrical Design Engineers requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services or similar
Minimum 4 yearsâ experience in electrical building services
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
Good hands-on knowledge of design packages such as AutoCAD etc
The Electrical Design Engineers Role:
Working within a team of electrical & mechanical engineers on the design of multiple projects of differing scale
Liaising with clients at all stages, assessing clientsâ needs and delivering solutions
Overseeing testing and commissioning activities
