This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team of engineers who will provide effective technical solutions. As a valuable team member you will report directly into the Primary Team Leader where you will develop practical and innovative engineering solutions of the service division. This will include generation of concept, details, assembly and production designs. You will undertake site and factory testing/investigations and attend technical discussions with the client and suppliers, which may include travelling overseas when required.As senior engineer you will be responsible for the creation of primary engineering solutions that will meet the business, international and customer standards. You will be responsible for your own quality of work produced and checking of own outputs I.e drawings BOM, Specifications, test documents and other supporting documentation.You will hold a Degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering and have 6 years engineering experience including completions of a technical apprenticeship. You will have detailed Primary knowledge of MV/HV switchgear products as well as electrical substation design.If you feel you are suitable for this role, I would welcome an opportunity for an informal discussion.
