Senior Project Manager - Subsea

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 plus package

Client:
The Green Recruitment Company is representing an expanding offshore engineering organisation specialising in subsea structures and connections. Our client is a big player in this field, consistently producing multi-million pound revenue streams in the past 5 years. They are now in a period of extensive growth, planning to expand operations threefold in the next 6 months.

We are very interested in meeting high calibre engineers who have experience and knowledge in the design, manufacture and testing in the offshore environment.

The Role:
* Take full responsibility for project execution in compliance with the project plan (Deliverables, Schedule, Budget and Profitability).
* Formally agree project schedule and budget with Director of Operations.
* Direct the work of the project team.
* Report as required to clients
* Liaise with clients to ensure cost and schedule objectives are met through control of change procedures
* Ensure Quality Objectives are met.
* Ensure HSE programme and objectives are applied throughout the project team.
* Support QA and Production in briefing key suppliers.
* Ensure Customer Care policy is implemented.
* Approve materials man hours / costs booked to project.
* Review monthly valuations and progress with Operations Director

Qualifications:
* Accredited Engineering Degree and/or Chartered Status.
* Extensive experience in subsea or offshore 
* Broadly based theoretical and practical knowledge.
* Good management and interpersonal skills.
* Good oral and written communication skills.

Skills:
* Has prior management experience with a business/commercial element. 
* Has the ability to set and maintain standards of work output from subordinates. 
* A thorough technical track record covering at least two or more of the following core skills; design, manufacture, and test of subsea equipment for the oil and gas industry, analysis, fabrication, installation, field layout and development, production, structural engineering within the offshore or subsea environment
