They are currently expanding their operation in the UK and need a senior consulting Manager or Director with strong Supply Chain experience. As they are in a strong growth phase the role will have a strong business development and sales focus as well as operational delivery. You will need strong client development and relationship skills from a consultancy environment. You will be a key member of the senior team developing and growing new and existing clients, getting involved across multiple sectors and all types of client work. The opportunity has all the advantages and potential of a start-up but with the support, resources and expertise of the parent company. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain consulting lead for new clients and major accountsDevelop new business and add new clients to the portfolioNetwork and approach Supply Chain Directors in major organisationsLead sales proposals and develop tailored supply chain consulting solutions by qualifying opportunities.Advise and shape proposed solution and manage the pursuit process through to winning the workAct as Account Director for existing and new clients ensuring projects deliver on time, to budget and exceed client expectationsDevelop the service portfolioManage on site teams and being fully involved in delivery taking the lead where appropriateDevelop supply chain strategy and performance improvement solutions for clients Skills: Recognised expertise in all aspects of supply chain.Extensive expertise in supply chain strategy and performance improvementFive to ten years of management consulting experience preferably at a top firm or a niche specialistProven business development expertise for new and existing clientsDemonstrated leadership abilityOutstanding client development and management skillsBusiness Problem solving skills with strong analytical and reporting skillsExcellent PowerPoint and advanced Excel skillsAdvanced oral and written communication skillsBusiness Development capabilityKnowledge of business process improvement methodologiesAbility to travel / nights away You must have the right to work in the UK / EU.
