Summit Sustainable is in the market for a Sustainability Consultant to join their Sustainability division. This expanding company is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated fully qualified and licensed Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor with a strong knowledge of On Construction SAP. The successful candidate will be fully competent and experienced in producing Code assessment and calculations to all levels. The role requires a high degree of accuracy and organisation skills.
Key requirements:
•CfSH accredited with at least one year experience in performing assessment.
•Be computer literate with knowledge of CsSH/ SAP softwares and have a good level of general education, particularly in Maths, Science and English
•Have an ability to visualise in 3D and interpret technical drawings
•Knowledge of Building and construction
•Knowledge of renewable technologies
•Be able to self manage a busy and time-critical schedule of work
•Be self motivated
•Have prior experience in a customer-facing situation
•Have good communication skills - verbal and written
•Be a team player and maintain good humour in hectic moments
•Have experience of or a technical interest in the building industry
•Possess a full driving license
