South West

Opportunity for an accredited BREEAM assessor to join a growing sustainability consultancy based in the South West. 

With a focus on providing quality sustainability solutions to the construction sector this role would suit someone who is ambitious and would enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment.   Being a smaller business, you will have direct responsibility for delivering projects and managing clients.

You will no doubt already be working within energy and sustainability - perhaps within a low carbon consultancy capacity.  In addition you should have knowledge of the sustainable construction sector and ideally benefit from accreditations in BREEAM and/or Code for Sustainable Homes, although general experience of BREEAM or CFSH will suffice.

An engineering degree would be ideal as would some background within building services and knowledge of Renewable Energy Feasibility Studies and Energy Modelling.
