Systems Proposals Engineer required to provide proposals, quotes and designs for subsea and surface production control systems within the oil and gas sector. Specifically you will:
· Provide detailed written quotations for Control Systems by the enquiry due date with emphasis given to the following tasks and in accordance with WPO procedure MP001.
· Design suitable and cost efficient system proposals.
· Generate detailed material lists for all quotation line items which are to be supported by
sub-supplier quotations.
· Provide labour estimates for the Engineering, CAD and Manufacturing departments.
· Provide detailed schedules, technical description and ancillary data for tenders to be reviewed by clients.
· Follow up quotations in conjunction with the Sales department.
· Attend bid clarification meetings, both domestically and internationally, as required.

To be considered for this position, candidates should have a proven track record in a proposals environment, preferably in the subsea or offshore control systems environment. Exposure to subsea and offshore control systems design and a commercial understanding is ideal.
