Description

Our client is a PV module producer and an EPC contractor for R&C and industrial plants.

General summary:
 
Provide technical support and after-sales service for customer.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
 Provide technical support for sales. Accompany customer visit;
 Training for customer;
 Help customer to design system and select accessory matched with the Solar modules of the company;
 Help customer to win system installation permission and bid;
 Solve problem encountered during installation;
 Solve RMA problem;
 Handle customer complaint.
 
 
 
Qualifications
 Bachelor degree Holder or above with science and engineering background
 Good team player, can work under pressure
 PV industry working experience is preferred
 
 
 
Language Skills
 
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing;
 Fluent with English; Other European Language is plus.
